Matthew DePasquale, Conductor


Conductor, Trumpeter and Composer Matthew DePasquale moved to California in 2008 to obtain his Master’s Degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.  Since then, he has had the distinct pleasure of sharing the concert stage with numerous ensembles from the Bay Area and beyond, including: Sting, Chicago, The Oakland Ballet, Merced Symphony, Symphony Napa Valley, Magik*Magik Orchestra, Silicon Valley Symphony, San Francisco Sinfonietta, Silicon Valley Philharmonic, Third Eye Blind, John Vanderslice, The Dodos, Thao Nguyen, and many more.

Matthew’s most recent performance was with the Playa Players Collective, playing principal trumpet on Stravinsky’s “Rite of Spring” to an estimated audience of 10,000.
